ANSWER: You are paid a base of 50% commission on all time spent by customers with you in private chat.  You are also able to earn bonuses and incentives.

ANSWER: You get paid every Friday, after you have worked an entire pay week, Monday thru Sunday. We utilize the following payment methods:  Pay Pal, Wire Transfer's (USA bank transfers are $20.00 plus any bank fees and International Bank transfers are $45.00 plus any bank fees), Western Union (The full fee will be deducted from your pay), Money Orders and E-Passport will be coming soon.

ANSWER: You can make as much or as little as you want.  It is all up to you.  Some performers make $200.00 per month and others make $4,000 or more.  It all depends on your effort and the time you spend on line.  More time equals more exposure.  More exposure equals more money.

ANSWER: As an Independent Contractor you set your own schedule.  At this time we have no minimum or maximum number of hours you must work however in order to qualify for the bonuses and incentives you must work the number of hours required to qualify for them.  Remember, that the more time you invest in your business the more money you make.

ANSWER: You are required to log onto your web cam from your computer to our website and chat with customers in your free non-nude chat room to encourage customers to buy private nude chat from you.  The customers who buy time for private nude chat with you will log in to your private room with you and you perform nude sexual shows for them, sexual meaning masturbation, etc.

ANSWER: Yes they may as long as they have signed up with us and we have all the proper and required documentation on file for them.  NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO BE ON CAM UNLESS AND UNTIL WE HAVE THE PROPER PAPERWORK IN OUR OFFICE.

ANSWER: At the current time in the case of group shows we only pay the primary account holder.  Any payment to others participating in your shows or splitting of fees or commissions is the primary account holders responsibility. Once they have signed up to be a performer/model they can earn money by putting on their own private cam shows.

ANSWER: You can decide when you would like to have someone appear on cam with you.  When you are going to do a couple/group show log into your profile change the category to couple’s/group so that customers can find you. We would suggest letting customers know that you will be performing a couples/group show so that you can generate more business.

ANSWER: You need to work to the end of the work week before we can calculate how much you earned in a work week. Our work week is Monday through Sunday. So No, if you work this week, you get your payout the following Friday on payday.

ANSWER: You are an independent contractor, you have no set hours and there are no minimum or maximum's you must work in order to earn money.  If you want to work over 40 hours per week then you are free to do so. Remember that some bonuses and incentives do have minimum hour requirements. You can work as many hours per week as you want over 40!! You'll make very good money working as many hours as you can so we encourage it. Keep in mind that it is strictly against our rules to log your cam on while your sleeping (to inflate required hours for incentive payouts, etc.). Any cam performer logged on that is caught sleeping on cam by our 24 hour live monitor security managers will be deactivated and forfeit any extra payouts earned during that work week.

ANSWER: Please fax your paperwork to 1-323-417-4912 and then make, If you haven't already, sure you go to http://trueadultcams.com/model-signup.cfm  and fill out the online cam account performer signup form. Once your paperwork is received and verified, we will confirm by email.

ANSWER: You are an independent contractor working from your home; you are at liberty to attempt to work as many jobs as you want.  We ask that when you are on cam you do not work another job at the same time, if you are found to be working another job while on cam your network connection may be terminated and penalties may be incurred please see the policies and procedures manual for information.  Your customers are paying for your time and attention so it is not fair to them for you to be spending time on the phone etc.  When you are not on cam you are free to pursue other jobs.

ANSWER: Yes, this is a completely legal business, as long as all of our models are of legal age and we hold proper records. So, as long as you are of legal age and a consenting adult and you fill out the forms that we require and have to hold on record as stated in the Law named Title 18 U.S.C.§2257 and associated regulations, then you can appear on live cam at our website and not get in any trouble.

ANSWER: Almost everything, it will be easier for us to tell you what you are not permitted to do on cam:

There are some things that you are not aloud to do on cam (due to USA laws)

• Simulated rape
• Urinating (peeing)
• Defecating (scat or poop play)
• Blood letting of any kind
• Underage sex
• Bestiality

 These rules are to comply with the Adult and obscenity laws in the US since our company is US based and nobody wants to get in trouble! We also have another rule, that's not a US law but we want to make sure you understand.

*We do not allow any model to sleep on cam or make dates with customer that will result in personal contact in the real world.

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE NOT SENT IN YOUR ORIGINAL HARD COPIES THROUGH MAIL PLEASE COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS BY SENDING THEM IN RIGHT AWAY, EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY EMAILED OR FAXED THEM, WE MUST HAVE THE ORIGINALS.

ANSWER: Yes you may. In fact we encourage it. By setting your own schedule you allow those customers who want to see you to know when you are available. You are assured better results when you let customers know when you will be online. We hope that you will set your schedule! It really is great for a customer to come to our site and say he sees your picture and clicks on it and visits your profile page. If you are not currently online, he can see right on that page the dates and times you have listed so he'll know when to come to buy time with you. You can set a schedule easily in your performer admin and it displays as part of your profile page bio section. You'll see it inside your performer admin account at our website, email support if you need assistance with it.

ANSWER: Every time a viewer hits your free video chatroom page you will hear that sound and when he leaves you'll hear a variation of that sound. You'll see his name or Guest appear on your chat screen user list.

ANSWER: If the customer does not know how to do it, you can advise him to click above in the header of your page where it says "Viewer Account Signup" to signup for a viewer account. Then after he does that tell him to come back to your free chat here and let you know he's going to login to your private video chat. If he is not sure where to click to login to your private room, tell him to click right above your free chat screen where it says "Click HERE to Login to my Private Live Video Chat". Some customers are too busy admiring you to read anything on the page, it should be pretty apparent what to do by links on your page, but you know how they are, they sometimes need their hand held through every step!!

When the customer logs into your private, your free video will automatically stop and you will be automatically in your private room with him, you will hear a different sound. More than one customer can login to private at the same time, so you will make more money in a shorter time if you have more than one customer in private with you at a time. Try to encourage everyone in your free room to go into private with you for a GROUPCHAT!! There will be a sign on your free chat that says, "I'm in private chat now, please come back soon". You will see the private customer in your chat screen so start chatting with him and doing your nude show, he'll ask you for things or just tell you to put on a show!! Do your stuff and keep him in private as long as you can, the longer customers stay in private with you the higher your chances of making more than $100 per hour. Some girls make $100's per hour and you can too!! When he leaves your private room you have 30 seconds before you automatically appear back in your free chatroom, so put your clothes back on and get ready for the free room as quickly as you can. The free chatters will be there waiting for you to come back and go in private with one of them.

ANSWER: YES. Thousands of performers have been making money in the cam business for many years now. The sky is the limit in this business.  Because you set your schedule and work the number of hours you want to work you can make as much or as little as you want. The great thing about the Internet is that everyone fits in and yes that means everyone. You don’t have to be tall, a size 2, big breasted, have a six-pack etc. there are viewers for everyone. The Internet has given everyone the ability to look for exactly what they want and there are tons of different tastes.

ANSWER: You are an independent contractor and all taxes are your responsibility.  We will 1099 you each year and you will be responsible to pay the taxes on your earnings.

ANSWER: As long as you have the necessary equipment (computer, web cam, microphone etc.) it will not cost you anything.  We do not charge a set-up fee.  Your only cost with us in on the 50% split of all per minute charges.  We supply you with everything need for you to start making money.

ANSWER: We have alliances with some of the top names in adult traffic in order to assist in providing you with traffic.  This is key, for without viewers there is no income.  We also guarantee on time payments.  We hold Bi-weekly training calls; we are always coming up with new features and programs.  We care about our independent contractors.  We also have some of the best incentive and bonus programs in the business.

ANSWER: Prices are set by you.  We do have minimum and maximum charges but again you make the decision.  Normally performers base their prices on the type of show.  For example if you are doing a couple or a group show the price would be higher than it would be for a single performer.

ANSWER: Yes, we realize that everyone has to go to the potty or may need a 5 minute break or two in the middle of a shift, especially if it's a long shift. If the break is going to be longer than 5 minutes you will need to log off and then log back on when your back. If it's just a potty run, go ahead and write a sign to place in your chair so that it is in front of your cam or your cam is displaying the sign. The sign should say "Be back in 5 Minutes". We do have security monitors who will bump your cam offline if he sees you've been gone longer than 10 minutes, whether you have a sign or not (causing you log time to stop until you log back on). It's better when you have a sign up, then they know not to bump you for just a potty break!!

ANSWER: Our security monitors are mostly there for your safety and to ensure the site is working properly. They monitor customer and model activity by reading chat logs, viewing your free video (we do have 2 designated to monitor private video only if there is a very good reason or suspicion of fraud occurring) and other site and customer monitoring. Since they are watching things closely they also may occasionally bump your cam if you are not in front of it or if it looks frozen. They also contact us if it appears that a model has violated a rule or is having technical problems. Always remember, the security monitors are just paid employees like all of us and occasionally one may even break rules. If you ever have any problems with any of our security monitors, please let us know right away!!

ANSWER: You visit this page: http://TrueAdultCamscom/perflgn  and enter your username and password you created when you signed up for your cam account. In this administration section you can view/change your bio and address settings, your image archives that appear on your profile page, check your sales stats, Go Live, and more. You can also Ban IP or zip code or countries in this admin section of your account, if there is someone you do not wish to have access to your video chat then ban them. 27. What if someone wants to be with me on cam? 

ANSWER: If you are planning on having others with you on cam you must have them fill out and submit the same paper work that you submitted. You can find that by going here for a Performer Signup and here for the Forms. 

28. Can I promote my website?

ANSWER: Yes you can! We encourage you to cross promote, it helps us both.

29. Someone is being offensive in my room; how do I boot them? 

ANSWER: Remember that the following information is at the bottom of your chat page as well. If you want to kick someone out that is being offensive, type /kick followed by the username you want to be booted. This will kick that user out of your chat. Although this user can still see your video, they will not be able to come back into the chat room for the next 10 minutes. Please use this option only if it is really necessary. Users will complain about this. 

The best way to deal with such persons is to kill them with kindness. If they continue to behave offensively, kick them. Some viewers will never be happy, so don't take it personally. Just deal with them the best way you know and remember, a happy viewer will come back again and again. 

30. How am I able to have over 100+ viewers in my chat room? 

ANSWER: Well, this is one of the most important features of our system and will be hard to match by others. Our video servers are lightning fast servers, dedicated to pumping out your video signal to a virtually unlimited number of concurrent viewers!

Again one of our main benefits is that you are not limited by your connection speed or lack of it. Our software works like this: you send to a computer and that computer broadcasts to every one of your viewers. So in reality, with your connection you are only supporting one viewer. Namely our server, which from then on will take care of the rest. The below diagram illustrates this technique.

Our pay period is every week, SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY pay period received payment the following Friday. We do not take taxes out. You are considered an independent contractor and all taxes are your responsibility.

MINIMUM PAYOUT IS $100 - NO MONIES WILL BE SENT UNDER $100

Prices are set up by you. We have a minimum & a maximum price but all between these are totally up to you. Normally Chathosts base it on what type of show it is. For example if you are doing a couple or group show it's higher then it would be for a single Chathost. 

The minimum set up requirements are a computer with Windows 2000 or XP and 128 megs of ram or higher. The better your computer and your connection obviously the better your cam image is going to be and the longer you will be able to keep viewers in your room. What we suggest is upgrading to a gig processor and 256 megs of ram but that is not necessary to run the software. The best video will be produced by a common camcorder and a capture card (preferably one that is internal). The best capture cards to use can be found here at: www.viewcast.com. or at: www.winnov.com. They are both about 190.00 USD.

Cameras are pretty much all the same except the digital camcorders. I wouldn't suggest a digital camcorder unless you have a lot of light; they tend to need a lot of light to produce a good picture.
